The original Lone Star restaurant in Manchester St, which spawned a 21-strong franchise, finally succumbed to damage from the September 4 earthquake. Twenty-two years of culinary history came crashing down. Tandem worked with the owners to tell the story of the building's origins and the experiences. Incorporated into the video was the final stages of demolition.
